Week 1 sets the stage for the entire program. The goal is to help participants slow down, tune into themselves, and understand what their mind and body have been holding onto.
This week is all about awareness—before you can heal something, you have to see it clearly.

Week 2 focuses on the emotional “detox” phase of healing—releasing internal heaviness, stress, and old emotional residue that keeps you in survival mode.
This week is about creating safety in your body so happiness can actually take root.
Week 3 focuses on mindset transformation. Once you’ve built awareness (Week 1) and released emotional weight (Week 2), you’re ready to rewrite the beliefs and mental narratives that have been limiting your happiness.

This week is about understanding the stories you’ve been unconsciously telling yourself—and creating new, empowering ones.

Week 4 focuses on emotional empowerment and boundary setting—two crucial elements for long-term healing and happiness.
Now that you’ve begun releasing old emotional patterns and reshaping your mindset, it’s time to protect your energy and learn how to respond, not react.

By Week 5, you’ve released emotional weight, rewired limiting beliefs, and built stronger internal boundaries. Now it’s time to shift from healing mode into thriving mode.
This week focuses on designing habits, routines, and daily practices that support your long-term happiness — without burnout, perfectionism, or overwhelm.

Week 6 is all about celebration, embodiment, and solidifying your transformation.
You’ll step fully into the identity of the person you’ve been becoming, anchoring your new emotional strength, mindset, and happiness habits.
This week ties everything together and prepares you for long-term success.
